Preparing for Your Cleaning Service: A Must-Read Checklist

At Chemfree Cleaning Company LLC, we’re committed to delivering a spotless, chemical-free clean every time! To ensure a smooth and efficient service, please follow this pre-cleaning checklist before our arrival:

✅ Declutter Your Space – Clear away children’s toys, clothing, pet toys, and other items to allow our team to clean effectively.

✅ Pet Safety First – While we love pets, we kindly ask that you secure them in a safe area during our visit.

✅ Kitchen Prep – Please remove dishes and exposed food from countertops and sinks before we begin cleaning. (If it’s a deep clean leave dishes in sink)

✅ Appointment Reminders – You’ll receive three automated reminders:

• 3 days before your scheduled cleaning

• 1–2 days before your appointment

• 1 hour prior to our arrival
  These will be sent via email and text message. If you don’t receive them, please let us know right away.

✅ Payment Options – If you won’t be home, you can leave payment on the counter or prepay online. Rest assured, we won’t charge your card until after the service is completed.

✅ Furniture Adjustments – If you have large furniture that needs cleaning around or underneath, please relocate it in advance for a thorough, deep clean.

✅ Fresh Bed Linens – If you’d like your bed sheets changed, simply leave a fresh set on your bed.
